Key requirements are to have a convincing personality and to see one's professional work not just as the transformation of theoretical know-how within customer projects but also to develop social competence and the capability to produce a tangible benefit for the client.

 

We seek highly motivated people who

  • hold a university degree,
  • have already gained practical experience from an internship or relevant professional experience, if possible also abroad,
  • have very good English skills in speaking and writing as well as good skills in another foreign language, preferably French, Italian or Spanish,
  • are persuasive in their interpersonal behavior and have social competence,
  • are flexible and enjoy working conceptually,
  • are able to think out of the box,
  • have humor.

 

Our team is open for graduates of various fields, such as economics, industrial / business engineering, or natural sciences.

 

If you apply as a professional, you should also have basic experience from working in an industrial enterprise and/or consulting company, preferably in connection with project work.

 

Comprehensive skills in the common Office-Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Access) are conditions to be fulfilled.
